Select Your Group

Choose who will be there with you.  Invite 7 - 9 participants from your networks including: school friends, sports teams, church groups, book clubs, Girl/Boy Scout troops, professional associations, Greek organizations, co-workers, etc.  You're welcome to ask those in your networks to invite people they know too.

On Your Schedule

You have the flexibility to schedule a date, time, and location that works best for your group’s schedule.  Workshops can be hosted in the privacy of your own home, a local library, or another location of your choice.  Invite your friends and Dr. Carmen will come to you!  Workshops can be hosted in-person or virtually via Zoom.
